User support
- CMS user manual – complete with explanatory screenshots and useful hints and tips on how to write effective copy for your website.

Domain registration
Domains can be registered on your behalf by Vetstream. Domains remain the property of the practice. Includes hassle-free auto-renewal so you don't need to worry about missing a deadline and losing your domain.
Email addresses
POP3 mailboxes using your domain name – if you already own a domain please contact your supplier for the provision of email addresses.
Owner factsheets (Gold package only)
An extensive library of pet health factsheets as additional content for your website. Provided by Vetstream, these have been written specifically for pet owners and cover a wide range of topics from arthritis to x-rays. N.B. Vetstream owner factsheets remain the intellectual property of Vetstream.
E-newsletters (Gold package only)
Send email newsletters to your clients – inform about practice news, additional services, products on promotion and other topics.
Fully managed website
The fully outsourced solution for those who want to focus on the clinical needs of the practice and rely on Vetstream's experience of managing practice websites to make your website changes on your behalf (within reason). Vetstream reserves the right to make charges for excessive changes/additions.
Interactive pet symptom guides
The VetHelpDirect (VHD) interactive pet symptom guides can be added to your Webpartner site, allowing concerned pet owners to access personalised first aid advice and clear guidelines about when – and how – to get further professional advice. Your practice can also be listed on the VHD Directory.
