Place your order

• Download a Webpartner Order Form (PDF)
• Pick your preferred website package and any additional features you would like.
• Post your signed Order Form to:

N.B. Upon receipt of your signed Order Form we will invoice for the setup fee and domain registration (if required). The first monthly fee will be invoiced 30 days thereafter or upon completion of the website, whichever is the sooner.

Gather your content

• Download a Webpartner Content Form (MS Word document) to help you prepare the text content for your website.
• Collate any logos and photos you wish to use. If you do not have electronic copies (e.g. jpg files) we can scan letterheads, brochures and hard copy photographs for use on your site.
• Submit your content:
  • Post on CD-ROM or USB data stick to the address above.
  • Files can be emailed to the Webpartner Co-ordinator

Design and build

• We will prepare a limited selection of draft web pages using the content you have provided and complementing your existing branding. We will make these available for you to review online.
• Following your approval we will build the remaining pages required for your site and invite you to a final review.
• Upon your final approval your Webpartner site will be configured to go live on your domain.
• We will provide you with login details to the content management system and a user manual explaining how to administer your website.
