Get started with Webpartner

To order a Webpartner website package

  1. Download a Webpartner Order Form (PDF) and pick your preferred package and any add-on services you would like.
  2. Download and retain a copy of the Webpartner Terms & Conditions
  3. Download and complete a Direct Debit Mandate (PDF).
  4. Download a Webpartner Content Form (MS Word document) to help you prepare the text content for your website. Instructions on how to submit your content are included.

Please note: The setup fee will be invoiced upon receipt of your completed Order Form, as will the domain registration fee (if required). The monthly fee will begin 15 working days from the date that your site is first available to review, or upon the site going live, whichever is the sooner.

Design, build and go live

  • Upon receipt of your completed Order Form, Direct Debit Mandate and Content Form we will prepare a draft website for you to review online, based on the content you have provided and complementing your branding.
  • Subject to provision of suitable content, we aim to deliver a draft site within 30 working days.
  • If amendments are required to the first draft, let us know - we will make adjustments and invite you to a further review.
  • Upon your final approval your Webpartner site will be configured to go live on your domain.
  • We will provide you with login details to the content management system, a user manual explaining how to edit your website, and a free training session over the phone. Further telephone support is available if required.

To order Pet Health Factsheets

Please email webpartner@vetstream.com with your contact details and your website address. We will review your website to make sure that our factsheets will be compatible, and send you an order form.

Design, build and go live

  • We will prepare a draft factsheet library for you to review online.
  • If amendments are required to the first draft, let us know - we will make adjustments and invite you to a further review.
  • Upon your final approval we will provide you/your website developer with the link(s) to add to your website.
  • Subject to any requests for amendments, we aim to deliver your factsheet library within 30 working days.
